Reminiscing Moments: Shaine on You!

Can you imagine if your first friend became your first daring enemy?

Well, I do. Her name is Angelli Shaine Agustin. What's so angel about her? None, I tell you, none! She was the first one who I knew at MunSci. She was also the one whom I am always with during breaks at my first week at MunSci. I thought she would also be my bestfriend in the end, but no. It turned out that not only me has this distinct hate against her. All of our classmates did. But I admire her pluck of making friends in other year, in other section. I wish I was like her, but what am I saying!?

It all started one day in our Science class... we were having our quiz when our teacher told us to move our chairs so that no one would dare to cheat. Unfortunately, our column musn't going to move only the columns beside us. Then, Shaine, shouted at me"Hoy! Move daw!". That time, she borrowed my ballpen, I snarled at her.

Weeks after that, I heard rumors spreading about a girl that has too much pride of herself and/ "mayabang" Someone posted it on the Blind Item corner which we used to have. Then everybody knew it was Shaine. Shaine!!

We had this joke against her from our practice in our speech choir. Let me quote her: "Aris, quiet!...Ayaw niyo ba makinig!? Ayaw niyong magkaroon ng pera!? Ayaw niyong magkaproject!? Bahala kayo!!"

"Shaine on you!" one of us joked. The line was actually "Shame on you!"
"Mamatay ka nun"
"Baka hindi ka makahinga kapag nasa ilalim ka niya"

What I don't understand to myself is... I still remain loyal to her... After what she have done to me. When she asks for something and favors, I always do so. To Jommel(Special mention ka palagi): I don't want to be rude in any way so I still do whatever she asks me to do.

I'll always remember Shaine. 'Til death do us part. xD

Haaayyy.....MunSci

I remember it very clearly. "Haaayyy.....MunSci" is a made-up talk show in our english class. It's about our experiences in and out of Muntinlupa Science High School. In the talk show, we even had a made-up commercial of Stress Tabs, haha, for the very stressful students and teachers of MunSci. We made this talk show at July 4, 2006.

After all what I've been through at MunSci. I became very attached to it. I don't want to be kicked out!! No way! I even made my own "MunSci Life", an essay from our english class, again, and turned it into a novel. I wrote there those rough patches I had experienced and those "blame Reniel moments". How I first met and approached her(Jommel ha!?! Kilala mo na yun=P). How we formed a Pokèmon fans club in our school. And even how I became friends with Marty, a good friend that everybody loathed, I do not! If they only knew him well. I wish I am with them at Festival Mall and Alabang Town Center like those silly moments we had back then.

Now, my only promise to them is to complete the novels that I dedicated to them and always text-text na lang. Before we go, I collected their signatures in the middle page of "MunSci Life". That novel is always dedicated to I-Aristotle.

"Go Aris! Sana yung susunod na batch ay kasing galing natin! hehe". "Mabuhay ang MunSci"

One Week Later

Before everything read this first:

John 20: 24-29

24Now Thomas (called Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. 25So the other disciples told him, "We have seen the Lord!" But he said to them, "Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it." 26A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!" 27Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put in into my side. Have you ever doubted in believing in God? If you are you might want to find out what kind of doubt it is.

1. Nathaniel's doubt-not enough information
2. Peter's doubt-spiritual doubt
3. Thomas' doubt-intellectual doubt

There is only one solution with these doubts. It is faith. Believe in God! There is this saying: "Seeing is believing". What about those blind people whom Jesus healed? They believed in Him. "blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed".

I have a story about Easter Monday. hehe. The day after Jesus rode a donkey on Palm Sunday, the donkey went to town and crave for attention like yesterday. So walking, walking...all people ignored him and shooed him like a stray cat. He can't believe that he was being ignored and ran back home to his mother. He learned that he isn't important when he is not with the Lord. He's just like normal people, like us.

MOST 2007

Every March, before the current school year ends, Muntinlupa chooses its Sampung Ulirang Mag-aaral ng Muntinlupa or Muntinlupa's Ten Outstanding Students (MOST). The award was given last March 23, 2007 at the Fresnedi Sports Complex.

It all starter in 1994, when Mayor Jaime R. Fresnedi was still vice mayor, the annual awarding of MOST has become a highlight in every graduating high school student of Muntinlupa. The MOST award is intended to encourage students and give them inspiration to excel in their studies, to give importance to the inherent intelligence and talents of students of Muntinlupa, to boost the participation of students in community service, and to support the objectives of the city government to develop the youth.

Here's what I envy most; part of the prize given to the winners of the MOST is a P25,000 per semester to help pay for the graduation tuition fee for four years, as long as the student is able to maintain academic excellence.

Sweet, Sweet Summer

Never a minute I've been thinking about summer these days, as you know the school year is coming to an end. Though, us MunScians still have classes until the first week of April, even though our periodical test are next week. I'm thinking summer...maybe back at Pangasinan? That's a good choice. Or maybe, read hundreds of novels or books throughout the summer.

Come to think of it, when I spend summer at home, I could watch Pokemon all week! All day! By the way. The fourth generation of Pokemon has finally begun. All Pokemons now have english names (which was leaked from Gamefaqs) and the Sinnoh region series are starting this summer. Which I can find YouTube a little useful. I also found a trainer card making site. Here's mine:

The Going Ons at MunSci

My!! So little time, so much to do. I can't even decide what to do on my free time. Either post here or do something else of more importance. A week after my last post, that day was Monday, aired the entry of my schoolmate, Kuya Ivan Coronado(4th year), in the noontime game show, Game KNB? So, it was him who stepped on to the next round which was aired the day after that, Tuesday. If you've watched, you'd know that he won the 1M which is still not given to him until this March. I planned to become a moderator of PKMNph that time around.

The next day, I started greeting everybody a "Happy Valentines Day!". CH-Armstrong gave me a token, a giraffe stuffed toy as precise, for the gift I gave her last Christmas. Of course, I would never forget the practice of the JS-Prom. Haaay, you know Jan Manual of Starstruck? He went to school to cast for votes. Then, a group of San Beda's visited at school. Oh, I also wouldn't this one. We went to Festival Mall to do a project. Some kind of shopping spree wherein we must buy 7 items to fit in a 100 peso bill. Aaand... our group did it!! We got 100% in our project at Elective Math!!

A week after that. More things came up. Summatives, quizzes,... the usual. Also this is the week for practicing our cultural dance, Salakot for us and Maglalatik for the others. Feb. 28, we don't have classes for this...NAT(National Achievement Test), I think. March 1, 2007, we still don't have classes because it's Muntinlupa Day, yay!! Oh, March 2, my father's birthday. Then, March 3, the cultural presentation, which shattered my nerves.

Ah... this week is unique, this is the time where we vote for the next SC(Student Council). The parties S.I.G.E.E and S.U.R.E interrupts some of the classes to campaign. Then March 6, is the Meeting de Advance of the parties and the actual voting. The next day, I've heard that people have voted all members of S.U.R.E which dismayed me. And then, there's this note passing around that we have a field trip at March 31! How exciting! They also announced who will join DAT(Division Achievement Test). This day, we have classes in payment for the suspension of classes in the week when Storm Milenyo striked.

Oh! So much to do. That moderator test took up a lot of time... I'm also working on a novel to join in a contest about a overview of my life... I sure hope I finish it

Was it a week or a month?

"Such shame"...those are the words that I caught during our practice on our radio drama of Sepang Loca on our English class. Nothing special, just..uh..sharing? Probably, I have lots to share since I'm not posting for days and days and days.

We had this radio drama about a crazy woman called Sepang Loca. And it was a success. We started our English class very good and ended the week very bad.

Oh, and I forgot to tell about our Math camp last January 26, 2007. It really was an enjoying activity!! I was just to tell about this a week ago but I can't because we've been using this laptop for our recording session of the radio drama.

Then, I had these headache that started Monday noon. I forced myself to stay there but I can't resist. The next day after that, I rested for the whole day with my tita and ates. Ugnh... then there is this that, that I missed, this that I missed, those that I missed, that I haven't passed, which were just inventions of my classmate, which are just only few things that I've missed.

Recently, five of us classmates, made a novel that has us as the bidas. We are making somewhat of a story just like Asian Treasures of GMA. But, in this novel, we joined different kinds of plots and storylines. The title isn't decided yet but our antagonist is final, my classmate Marty. Haha, he says he wants...!! ^_^

A while ago, we saw our rankings (overall, top ten, blah...blah). In the overall, I ranked 110. And in our class, 15 (if there are ties) or 17 (if there are no ties). Lucky, though, last quarter I ranked 23 in class and somewhere in 150+ at the overall.
